Notice, how much blue there is in the windows desktop.<BR/><BR/>yellow calls a lot of attention.<BR/>red is very alarming<BR/>orange is hard to print and often turns out brown<BR/>pink is associated with girls<BR/>gray doesn't have a lot of pop in a sales window<BR/>green is also quite meaning neutral color - prosperity, plants. Though, it isn't used as often in merchandise.<BR/><BR/>Some languages apparently don't even differentiate between blue and green.
